Happy Birthday Char

Upper body workout at SAIT plus bike ride to and from

Special Thanks to Mikey and Crystal for hangin with me on my birthday at the gym.
Still no word from COP, but its still monday. Hopefully, ill be back out on the water this weekend, and maybe get my last paddle of the year in. Cant wait to try it out.

Gained 3 pounds of muscle since my initial weigh in at 145 pounds.
Bicep development is going really well. And I've upped my load for the leg press-250 pounds
